Qué necesitas

• Tu propia cuenta en la aplicación, con al menos un dispositivo tuyo, y la guía de uso leída: aquí no se repite nada de lo que ya cuenta.
• El permiso de gestión, que concede el administrador. Con él, Cuenta pasa a identificarte como Cuenta profesional y aparece el bloque de dispositivos de otros usuarios.
• Los grupos de modos con los que trabajas, que también asigna el administrador. Son los que podrás instalar.

Esta guía trata solo de los aparatos de otras personas. Elegir los modos de los tuyos es lo que cuenta la guía de la cuenta avanzada, y funciona igual.

Un mismo aparato admite hasta diez cuentas profesionales a la vez. Lo habitual es que cada una trabaje con grupos distintos, así que no os pisáis.

Aceptar el dispositivo de otra persona

1. El propietario entra en Permitir gestión desde su dispositivo y genera una clave.
2. Te la dicta. Son 6 dígitos y caduca a las 48 horas.

3. Tú entras en Cuenta → Incluir dispositivo ajeno, la escribes y listo. Aterrizas en tu lista con el aparato ya dentro.

Si la clave no entra, el mensaje es siempre el mismo por seguridad. Repasa lo probable: que hayan pasado 48 horas, que ya se haya usado, que ese aparato ya lo gestiones, o que la suscripción de ese aparato esté vencida. Pídele que genere otra.

Tu lista de dispositivos

En Dispositivos, los tuyos salen arriba y los que gestionas debajo, bajo el encabezado Dispositivos de otros usuarios, identificados por el correo del propietario.

Al pulsar uno ajeno entras directamente en sus modos: de un aparato que no es tuyo no hay pantalla de control.

En Cuenta tienes además esa misma lista, con el correo de cada propietario al lado. Ahí se consulta, no se entra.

Qué ves y qué no

Y hay una cosa que nunca puedes hacer: poner en marcha un modo. Tú decides qué está disponible; qué se emite lo elige siempre el propietario desde su pantalla.

Instalar y quitar modos

• Entras por el resumen, que enseña lo instalado de tus grupos.
• Eliges un grupo en el desplegable y marcas o desmarcas en su catálogo. Pulsa Actualizar y vuelves al resumen, que ya refleja el cambio.
• El icono i de una fila despliega la nota de ese modo, si la tiene.

Si quitas el modo que el aparato estaba emitiendo, el dispositivo deja de transmitir y la pantalla te lo dice al guardar. Como no ves cuál está en marcha, es el único momento en que te enteras — y su propietario tendrá que elegir otro.

Los cambios que hagas se le anuncian al propietario la próxima vez que abra la aplicación.

Explorar tu catálogo

En Cuenta, cada uno de tus grupos se puede abrir: dentro tienes todos sus modos, con su nota si la llevan.

Y de los modos que el administrador haya marcado como explorables, puedes entrar a ver qué arquetipos contienen. Los que son imagen se abren a pantalla completa.

Esto es tu catálogo, no el aparato de nadie: se mira sin tocar nada y sin necesidad de tener ningún dispositivo abierto.

Casos que desconciertan

Cuando no puedes editar

Aún no tienes grupos asignados. Podrás aceptar el aparato con normalidad, pero al abrirlo verás el desplegable apagado y el mensaje "No tienes grupos de modos gestionables asignados". No es una avería: pídele los grupos al administrador y la pantalla se activa sola.

Te han retirado el permiso de gestión. Conservas los aparatos que ya tenías, los sigues viendo y puedes soltarlos, pero no puedes instalar ni quitar nada. La pantalla te lo explica.

Al terminar

Dejar un dispositivo

En el resumen de sus modos, el botón Liberar gestión de dispositivo corta la relación. Los modos que instalaste se quedan en el aparato: su propietario sigue disponiendo de ellos.

El propietario puede retirarte el permiso por su cuenta y en cualquier momento, y no hace falta que ninguno de los dos avise al otro.

What you need

• Your own account in the app, with at least one device of your own, and the user guide read: nothing it already covers is repeated here.
• Management permission, granted by the administrator. With it, Account identifies you as a Professional account and the other users' devices block appears.
• The mode groups you work with, also assigned by the administrator. Those are what you will be able to install.

This guide only covers other people's devices. Choosing the modes of your own is what the advanced account guide describes, and it works the same way.

One device takes up to ten professional accounts at a time. Usually each works with different groups, so you do not get in each other's way.

Taking charge

Accepting someone else's device

1. The owner opens Grant management on their device and generates a key.
2. They read it out to you. It is 6 digits and expires in 48 hours.

3. You open Account → Add someone else's device, type it in, and that is it. You land on your list with the device already there.

If the key is refused, the message is always the same for security reasons. Check the likely causes: more than 48 hours have passed, it has already been used, you already manage that device, or that device's subscription has expired. Ask them to generate another one.

Under Devices, your own appear at the top and the ones you manage below, under the Other users' devices heading, identified by the owner's email address.

Tapping one of theirs takes you straight to its modes: there is no control screen for a device that is not yours.

In Account you also get that same list, with each owner's email beside it. That one is for reference, not for opening.

And there is one thing you can never do: start a mode. You decide what is available; what is broadcast is always the owner's choice, from their own screen.

The work

Installing and removing modes

• You arrive at the summary, showing what is installed from your groups.
• Pick a group from the dropdown and tick or untick its catalog. Press Update and you return to the summary, already showing the change.
• The i icon on a row opens that mode's note, when it has one.

If you remove the mode the device was broadcasting, the device stops transmitting and the screen tells you when you save. Since you cannot see which one is running, that is the only moment you find out — and its owner will have to pick another.

Whatever you change is announced to the owner the next time they open the app.

Before installing

Exploring your catalogue

In Account, each of your groups can be opened: inside you get all its modes, with their note where they have one.

And for the modes the administrator has marked as explorable, you can go in and see which archetypes they contain. The ones that are images open full screen.

This is your catalogue, not anybody's device: you look without touching anything, and without needing to have any device open.

Puzzling cases

When you cannot edit

You have no groups assigned yet. You can accept the device normally, but on opening it you will find the dropdown disabled and the message "You have no manageable mode groups assigned". Nothing is broken: ask the administrator for your groups and the screen comes to life on its own.

Your management permission was withdrawn. You keep the devices you already had, you still see them and you can release them, but you cannot install or remove anything. The screen explains this.

When you are done

Leaving a device

In the summary of its modes, the Release device management button ends the relationship. The modes you installed stay on the device: its owner still has them.

The owner can withdraw your permission by themselves at any time, and neither of you needs to warn the other.
