• Gestión del Servicio y Notificaciones de Funcionamiento: Utilizaremos su correo electrónico para el envío de alertas técnicas, cambios en el servicio, facturas y comunicaciones operativas necesarias para la ejecución de la suscripción. Base jurídica: Ejecución de un contrato.

Conservación de los datos: Sus datos personales (correo electrónico y su nombre) se conservarán mientras el usuario mantenga su cuenta activa o no solicite la supresión de sus datos. Se conservarán los registros técnicos de actividad del sistema (logs) durante el tiempo que permita la legislación. Se conservará la aceptación voluntaria de Términos y Condiciones del servicio durante un plazo mínimo de 5 años.

Destinatarios: Los datos no se cederán a terceros, salvo obligación legal o para el uso de proveedores de servicios tecnológicos necesarios (como pasarelas de pago o servidores de alojamiento) que cumplen con los estándares de seguridad de la UE.
