It is not, and does not seek to replace, conventional medicine, clinical psychology or any officially approved healthcare treatment. The service provider is neither a doctor nor a healthcare professional, and therefore makes no diagnoses, prescribes no medicines and takes no part in clinical treatment. The user voluntarily agrees to take part in the knowledge that the effectiveness of Radionics is not backed scientifically by the competent health authorities or by the official scientific community, and therefore the provider guarantees no specific physical, psychological or curative result. Under no circumstances should the user interrupt, alter or replace an ongoing medical treatment without the supervision of their licensed physician. The use, consumption or application of the programmed water by means of the mobile application or the physical device is the user's sole and exclusive responsibility.

Subscription, cancellation and refund policy

1. How the prepaid service works. Access to the "Water Programmed by means of Radionics" service offered on this website (https://radionicboost.com) operates exclusively on a prepaid basis. The user must pay the full amount for the chosen period (monthly, half-yearly or yearly) before the provision of the service begins.

2. Duration and renewal. The service taken out lasts strictly for the period prepaid by the user. Once that period ends, access to the service is suspended automatically, unless the user makes a new advance payment to renew the service for a further period.

3. No-refund policy. All payments made on a prepaid basis are final and non-refundable. Should the user voluntarily decide to stop using the service, they will not be entitled to any refund, return or pro-rata amount of the sums already paid.

4. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal (EU users). In accordance with European Union consumer legislation, the user expressly accepts that, this being a digital and wellbeing service performed immediately, they lose their right of withdrawal (a refund within the first 14 days) at the moment provision of the service begins.
