• Service Management and Operational Notifications: We will use your email address to send technical alerts, changes to the service, invoices and operational communications necessary for the performance of the subscription. Legal basis: Performance of a contract.

Data retention: Your personal data (email address and name) will be kept for as long as the user keeps their account active or does not request the erasure of their data. The system’s technical activity records (logs) will be kept for as long as the legislation allows. The voluntary acceptance of the service’s Terms and Conditions will be kept for a minimum period of 5 years.

Recipients: The data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law or for the use of necessary technology service providers (such as payment gateways or hosting servers) that comply with EU security standards.

User Rights (ARCO+ Rights): The user has the right to access, rectify, restrict, port and erase (right to be forgotten) their personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, they may send an email to admin@radionicboost.com. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (such as the Spanish AEPD).
